About five years ago, my brother-in-law invested in a baling machine.
- He was watching how many of the recycling companies were simply tying string around old newspaper and other items, and he knew there had to be a better way.
Unfortunately, six months after purchasing the machines, he still hadn’t used it and had to take it back. He realized that although tying string around the papers and bags was useful; the string broke. He tried galvanized double loop tie wires. The galvanized double loop tie wires are pre-cut wires with loops on both ends. They are flexible and durable, and can be purchased black annealed, bright steel, or galvanized, which is what my brother-in-law chose. The biggest advantage of galvanized double loop tie wires is their ease. The way they are designed, eliminates the need for the user to bend the wire, which saves your hands. You form the bundles by hooking the two loops of the tie together and then twisting in one direction. Galvanized double loop tie wires could significantly improve the work efficiency of baling. Not only was he able to more quickly bundle the papers, but he could do bags and sacks, foam, scrap metal, and tires. He saved a lot of time for the employees at the recycling centers and made money by getting hired to do nothing but baling. After understanding that there are some considerations when using galvanized double loop tie wires, he became even more efficient. I don’t know if he was much more money than any of the other employees, but he was finally enjoying his job.
