I was trying to order rebar tie wire and double loop wire ties from a company online. They were having a sale and it was the first time that I ever ordered supplies from the steel company. I placed all of the items in my cart and I hit the order now button. The screen went blank and I couldn’t figure out how to get back to the homepage. I closed my browser window and decided to start over. I went back to the website for the stainless steel products and I added the double loop wire ties and rebar tie wire to the cart. I had the same exact technical issue a second time, so I decided to call the customer service line which was listed on the bottom of the website. I had to leave a message and wait for someone to call back, but it only took about an hour. A very nice customer service representative called me on the phone and she helped me set up my online order. When I was finished with the process, she helped me complete the order and set up shipping and the payment process. The customer service representative told me to call back anytime I wanted to place an order if I was having trouble online.
