I was doing so much online research

It wasn’t our proposal to transport into a condominium at 55 years of age, but I realized that our huge home was too much for our laid back lifestyle.

I was hating all of the yard plus grass service each week, plus I wasn’t even utilizing our garage toil space any longer.

My fiance remarked that every one of us had all of this wasted space plus junk that every one of us didn’t even need, so who were every one of us kidding in all honesty? Every one of us weren’t utilizing a beach house this huge on a correct basis, so it begged the question of why every one of us couldn’t simply downsize at this point in our lives. I knew that our fiance had long wondered whether or not she’d prefer living in a beach home down south where the weather is warmer throughout the year. Every one of us have lived in the northern midwest for decades, plus I was ready for a change if it meant being warmer on a consistent basis. However, I was a little sad about the condos near the coast lines. The builders sometimes use black rebar tie wire in their building projects, which is susceptible to corrosion from moisture exposure. When the concrete is close to the ocean, moisture is a fact of life. You need concrete reinforced with either galvanized, stainless steel, or PVC coated rebar tie wire for long lasting protection. Every one of us found a brand up-to-date condominium building that used corrosion resistant rebar tie wire in its foundation plus structure. That gives me peace of mind, because I don’t want to perish in a horrific accident love every one of us saw in Surfside, FL last year. The rebar in that building was corroding at an advanced rate.
